Vial Assembly Machine
Application: Assembly Machine
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Project Criteria
Solara Automation was given the responsibility of assembling a device specifically created for cardiovascular screening purposes. The challenge at hand was to automate the intricate process of assembling plastic vials that are both liquid-filled and hermetically sealed. In order to meet this specific requirement, Solara's engineers meticulously developed a highly sophisticated machine. Solara Automation designed this advanced system not only to insert an internal glass tube and filter but also to meticulously perform the subsequent steps of printing and labeling on the finished product, thus ensuring precision and quality throughout the assembly process.
