When tasked with automating commercial pool filter assembly, our engineers developed a fully automated work cell that aligns with an injection molding machine and loads finished parts into Gaylord containers.
Traditionally, assembling these pool filters required a five-step manual process, relying on trained operators using hand and power tools—leading to variability in quality and consistency.

Our solution employs three Universal Robots (UR3, UR10, and UR20) to execute the assembly steps and precisely place parts for downstream processing. A single operator periodically loads internal components while tending to multiple molding machines, significantly improving efficiency and reducing labor demands.

Designed, built, programmed, and tested entirely in-house by our expert engineers and technicians, this system showcases our commitment to innovation and excellence.
