Our Proposal Process

Solara Solutions goal is to make the process of scoping our customers’ programs as easy and straight-forward as possible. The scoping and proposal process ranges from a few weeks to a month depending upon the complexity of the program.

Evaluation

At Solara Automation, we want to make sure that we are a good fit for each opportunity. We carefully evaluate the problem to assure that we can provide our customer a high return on investment.

Concept & Machine Proposal

At first preparing a proposal for designing and building an automation system necessitates gathering detailed information. Due to different elements, including the objective, necessary production rate, quality benchmarks, and various other specifications. Subsequently, our sales and engineering team collaborates to formulate a machine concept and a Rough Order of Magnitude estimate to ensure the feasibility of the proposed project. After conducting a thorough review with the customer further we move forward to meticulously prepare a comprehensive proposal, encompassing machine pricing, project schedule, and favorable terms.

Our Project Approach

A project kickoff meeting is planned, involving the Solara project manager and the customer team. This meeting aims to review project requirements, exchange essential information, and identify key project milestones.

Machine Design and Production

As the project moves into the Design-Build Phase of the project next the project manager will manage the engineering, procurement of components, and the build of the system.

FAT and SAT Testing

Our machines undergo rigorous testing and analysis before they are released to production. Also we conduct Factory Acceptance Testing with the customer team at Solara’s facility and once approved the system is shipped and installed at the production site. Site Acceptance Testing is performed with the customer for final approval.

Post Installation

Afterwards engineering documentation, training and maintenance manuals, and warranty coverage ensures your machine will be running smoothly and efficiently for years to come.
